Website Terms and Conditions of Use Relating to www.mollysloft.co.za

These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the www.mollysloft.co.za (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.mollysloft.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content from this website for marketing and other purposes without the prior written consent of the Provider.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note that if you, the customer opts to have the items purchased from the site delivered to you, only once Mollysloft.co.za has received 1) order confirmation 2) payment and 3) based on the stock availability from suppliers, the order will be processed within 5 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. The delivery turnaround times indicated during the checkout process is after the order has been sent to the courier company for delivery. Delivery will be charged based on the quotation received during the checkout processes (based on weight of your products, and your location). Delivery will only be free when stipulated so or for promotional purposes.

The Provider will deliver the products via a reputable courier company within their normal routes. In circumstances where the courier company cannot deliver to a very remote area the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order. A tracking number will be provided by the courier company, we will then update your order with the tracking information. Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards.

  • E-COMMERCE & PRIVACY

The Website www.mollysloft.co.za sells jewellery goods online. The use of any product that the User buys from this Website is at your (the purchaser’s) risk. The purchaser and/or user(s) indemnify and hold the Provider harmless and not liable for any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products bought from the Website. The private information collected to successfully place orders through the e-commerce website, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details (only stored safely and securely with the PCI compliant payment gateway), delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept highly confidential by the Provider and not sold or made known to any third parties. Only the required information, which include delivery addresses, name and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product(s).The Provider, the Providers acquiring bank and payment gateway ensures that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If on receipt of your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify our customer services team within 7 days. The consumer will be charged a collection fee based on the weight and destination of the collection. The Provider will provide you with a refund or replacement provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging. If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace or refund the item, depending on the circumstance after investigation.   • PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Payment may be made via Payfast. Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details.

Please note that the prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notification.

Mollysloft.co.za Gift Vouchers and Coupons are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Mollysloft.co.za Gift Vouchers and Coupons cannot be resold or exchanged with a third party. Mollysloft.co.za Gift Vouchers and Coupons can only be redeemed online through www.mollysloft.co.za.
